Our standard support contract provides a Technical Support Helpdesk between the hours of 09:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday, although this level of support can be upgraded on an individually charged basis to include out-of-hours support, on-site visits and bespoke development services. We are proud of our Helpdesk support capabilities; in a recent customer satisfaction survey, 96% thought the speed of response of our Helpdesk to be better than average, whilst 93% thought that the quality of support received was better than average. As well as Helpdesk support, our standard support contract also includes the provision of product upgrades at no further cost. This means that our customers can take full advantage of ongoing enhancements to our software, as well as being able to support the new versions of Microsoft products. |
