The Detail 

When contract professionals are a large part of a recruitment company’s business, it’s vital to streamline regular invoice and timesheet processing – it means happy clients and lower costs. Getting it wrong could mean losing a long-term client or wasting money on inefficient and error-prone manual processes.

The company had been a long-time user of Voyager’s Front Office software, and its sales team were experts at recording pertinent candidate data, allowing the organisation to finely-tune its outbound sales processes, and maintain extensive information about clients and candidates, such as bank information, passport details and so on.
