Our chief aim at Voyager is to simplify the day-to-day running of recruitment businesses through the automation of mundane tasks and the elimination wherever possible of unnecessary work. Doing this aggressively across our product family has created priceless extra capacity for recruiters to concentrate on what they do best – adding value to their own and their clients’ businesses.

We are able to do this because we have a deep understanding of the recruitment business and many of our people have first-hand knowledge of the complexities of running the cyclical flow of data whilst dealing with clients and placing candidates. 

To achieve this, our products are integrated within a modular architecture arranged along familiar functional boundaries – those that address the front office, and those that add power and automation to the middle and back-office.  This enables clients to select the appropriate subset of our products without paying for technologies and features they will never use.

FRONT OFFICE products:

- Voyager Professional manages the timetables of recruiters working to fill permanent and longer-term contract vacancies in the technical and executive sectors.

- Voyager Commercial brings further unique tools that optimise a candidate’s entire association with a temporary or short-term contract placement agency. 

- Voyager VDQ! is designed for fast-paced blue-collar temporary placement agencies that have to quickly assemble transient or ad-hoc teams to serve highly volatile and urgent labour requirements.  

MIDDLE AND BACK OFFICE products:

- Voyager Mid-Office, Voyager’s Pay & Bill solution, automates the processing of large volumes of invoices and payments to numerous clients and candidates.  

- Voyager Bureau enables bureaus to subcontract back-office operations for multiple client recruitment companies on a single platform.

VIRTUAL VOYAGER: - With Virtual Voyager all Voyager products can now be hosted and delivered to any customer PC with an Internet connection.
