Voyager Bureau has been designed for any company that offers an outsourced service to more than a single recruitment company. Typically such companies have grown through piecemeal addition and hence have a disparate array of systems, often with bespoke solutions at each individual agency. Bureau enables individual agencies to work together without mandating that each customer account works the same way.

Business Rules are set at individual agency level, not at the bureau level; this means, for instance, that agencies can still use their own branded timesheets and produce invoices. The real advantage with Bureau is that other shared functions such as: complex contract documentation; individual payrolls; commission calculations; and
management reporting can all be performed centrally.

Like Voyager's other products, Bureau relies heavily on automation. This means that much of the onerous work is removed and internal processing time is reduced. The whole process can be integrated from end to end with information being fed into the Bureau system automatically from virtually any front office application. Another key feature of Bureau is its reporting capabilities, catering for the unique needs of each customer as well as offering detailed up-to-minute reports at the bureau level.
