Voyager announce a much better than expected final quarter to 2009

We're delighted to announce that in the last month of the decade we won significant business in what traditionally is the toughest and shortest trading month of the year.

In December 09, we took orders from 10 new customers.

Paul Thompson Sales Director commented “We’ve seen better than expected results for the final month and quarter.  The market has been resilient to the seasonal challenges, and weather!!  Recruiters have dug deep and appear to have worked an extended Christmas period in contrast to recent boom years.....

We’re often asked what is it like working for Voyager? Anne Henney, Voyager Trainer, takes up the challenge.... 

Alarm goes off at 6:00 gosh that’s early, the normal time to start the day is 7:00 so the dog is not too happy to be woken from his slumber. Leave the house at 6:45 to catch the 7:10 train from Basingstoke to Waterloo. Cold station, even in the summer but the train was on time and there was a warm, welcome from Costa in Waterloo.

Arrived at the customer site early as requested but no one there to let me in, seems they need the Voyager Diary!! Went walk about to find the nearest café and croissant and back to the office for 9:15. Great welcome, more tea on offer and then we get down to business. Joked we’d start by showing them how to make appointments and set reminders!
