Simon Warburton - Director
Simon originally graduated with a degree in Computer Science and, after a brief stint as a resourcer with an IT recruitment business, joined Voyager Software in the technical team. Over the years, he has had the benefit of working in nearly every department within the company and now heads up Voyager with over 10 years of experience in the recruitment software business.
Simon splits his time between the head office (in Basingstoke) and Voyager's other UK office in Lancashire - where he lives with his wife and two children.
Paul Thompson - Sales Director
Paul has spent the last 12 years working in Recruitment and the Recruitment Software industries.
Having experienced the 'boom and bust' of the 90's he has seen both ends of the market. Paul prides himself in offering the best of service and advice during the sales process and has been a key driving force that has taken Voyager from being a small software consultancy to its current position as a leading industry brand. Paul has sold to over 500 recruitment businesses and it's this experience and market knowledge that Paul draws on to ensure Voyager remains well ahead of the competition.
Paul lives with his wife and two young children in Berkshire and is a keen sailor and golfer.
Paul Mather - Operations Director
Paul joined Voyager Software in 1999 with a degree in Physics having previously worked for the Police Scientific Development Branch. After managing the Support & Customer Service teams, Paul took the role of Director of Operations in 2002.
Paul has championed Voyager's next generation products, including the highly successful Mid-Office package. Over the years he has expanded the Voyager portfolio taking the company into new markets - allowing him and his team to deploy the Voyager product suite to hundreds of recruitment agencies and payroll bureaus since he joined the company.
Paul lives in Hampshire with his wife and young child.
